We are seeking an experienced Tire Sales Representative with proven expertise in the U.S. tire industry to drive sales growth by developing new accounts and strengthening the distribution network with wholesalers and retailers.

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Tire Sales Representative with proven expertise in the U.S. tire industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new accounts, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening relationships with wholesalers, regional distributors, and tire retail shops.

Key Responsabilities:

  • • Develop and expand partnerships with tire distributors, wholesalers, and retail dealers across the United States.
  • • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients, improving collaboration and satisfaction.
  • • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and market expansion.
  • • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs.
  • • Provide systematic product knowledge support, technical consultation, and sales training to clients.
  • • Represent the company at trade shows, marketing events, and client meetings to expand brand presence and influence.

Qualifications:

  • • Proven experience in the U.S. tire market with a solid understanding of industry structure and operations.
  • • Established network and resources across distributors, wholesalers, and retail channels.
  • • Familiarity with U.S. tire product categories (PCR, LTR, TBR, and specialty tires) and key competitors.
  • • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of independently developing markets and owning results.
  • • Willingness to travel nationwide for client visits, channel expansion, and business execution.
  • • Demonstrates integrity, reliability, a strong work ethic, and is motivated to grow with the company and the brand.

A highly strategic and results-driven Brand Manager/Marketing Leader specializing in the U.S. market. Expertise in applying Positioning Theory to define brand strategy, drive market share, and lead integrated marketing communication (IMC) programs. Proven ability to conduct in-depth competitor analysis, manage multi-channel promotional campaigns (digital, trade shows, social media), and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand alignment across all product and sales touchpoints while optimizing ROI and channel development.
